Full wipe-down, stacking, and arrangement per venue specifications and coordinator instructions.
Sweep, mop, and outdoor patio or deck cleanup. Confetti, petals, and all debris handled.
Bar stations, high-tops, and beverage areas wiped down, cleared, and returned to venue condition.
No crew departs without a complete walkthrough and sign-off with your venue coordinator.

We work around caterers and rental companies during load-out so everything flows smoothly.

Receive your quote, sign the digital contract, and submit your deposit to lock in your date.
Crew arrives after your event ends. You don't need to be there — we handle everything.
Coordinator walkthrough, photos emailed, venue signed off. Your deposit is protected.
A 50% deposit holds your date at booking. Remaining balance due 72 hours before your event. No crew dispatched until full payment is confirmed.
Book at least 2 weeks out. Same-week bookings carry a +$100 surcharge. Same-day bookings at our discretion only with a +$300 surcharge.
We do not service kitchen or cooking areas. Window cleaning limited to ground-floor interior only — no exterior, no ladders.
14+ days: Deposit credited (12 months).
7–13 days: Deposit forfeited.
Under 7 days: 75% of total due.
Under 48 hours: 100% due.

If your coordinator isn't satisfied, notify us within 4 hours and we return at no charge — provided the space hasn't been re-entered by other parties.
Travel fees may apply outside 30 miles of downtown Charleston.
